The Northern Art and Cultural Centre (NACC) is the publically and privately funded not-for-profit organization and federally registered charity that is enriching NWT communities throughout the Northwest Territories (NWT) through the power of the performing arts. NACC provides workshops to schools, master classes, artist mentorships, visual artist exhibits and excellent world-renowned artist performances. Recently, we have expanded our reach and take select performers on tour to five additional communities, including Norman Wells, Inuvik, Fort Simpson, Fort Smith and Hay River. We are dedicated to making the performing arts accessible to all people in the NWT and every year we do our best to provide even more.
The NACC Theatre is the largest and most modern facility within the NWT, located in the capital city of Yellowknife, NACC is committed to the success and personal growth of our territory that is rich in culture, creativity, and self-expression. We welcome all people of all ages and backgrounds to benefit from the events and opportunities we offer.
Our organization is dedicated to encouraging the development of the performing arts from all cultural traditions and to providing a venue in the NWT for community and professionally produced performances. Your support is essential for us to achieve this goal.
