What Is ATTI!….

Indigenous grassroots arts organizations contribute to the cultural fabric of communities and play a vital role in society. ATTI! Indigenous Artists Collective was formed, in partnership with NACC, to deliver meaningful and culturally relevant arts programming in the communities across the NWT by and for Indigenous people. Indigenous people have been creating and mastering art for thousands of years. Through ATTI!, our goal is to amplify the voices and talents of artists who are honouring their culture and creating positive social change through art. The north is rich with heritage, spirit and community. This initiative encourages empathy between cultures, encourages valuable dialogue for those in isolated communities, and allows us to reflect upon the massive role art plays in life.
