In a world where men are told to man up, take the pain, and stay silent, Trevor shares his raw, transformative journey with unflinching honesty. For decades, Trevor carried a devastating secret, fighting the invisible weight of complex trauma while contributing to his community as a city councillor and building his successful construction business. When the fires of summer 2023 triggered another mental health crisis for him, Trevor faced a critical choice: his business or his life. He chose life.
